1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing SaasifySEO.com or purchasing our services (“Sprints,” “Retainers,” or “Audits”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

SaasifySEO provides Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy, content production, and technical consulting for B2B SaaS companies.

3. No Guarantee of Results

SEO is governed by third-party search engines (Google, Bing) whose algorithms change frequently. 

• We do not and cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings.
• We do not guarantee specific revenue or traffic numbers. 
• We commit to executing best-practice strategies that historically lead to growth, but we are not liable for algorithm updates that negatively impact your site.

4. Async-First Communication

We operate on a strictly asynchronous model. We do not offer phone support or on-demand video calls. All communication and reporting are handled via Email, Notion, or Slack.

5. Payments & Refunds

• Sprints/Projects: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion (or 100% upfront for smaller audits).
• Retainers: Billed monthly on the 1st of the month.
• Refunds: Due to the nature of digital labor, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. You may cancel a monthly retainer with 30 days’ notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SaasifySEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 6 months prior to the claim.
